Growing older is a beautiful journey—one that deserves strength, confidence, and vitality. Yoga offers a gentle yet powerful way to support healthy ageing by nurturing the body, calming the mind, and uplifting the spirit.

Pranayama and meditation
Pranayama and meditation are part of every class we offer. For practitioners seeking separate sessions on pranayama, mudra meditation or yoga nidra they are offered as separate sessions in person and virtually.
Prana is the universal principle of energy or force. “Whatever moves or works or has life, is but an expression or manifestation of prana.” Breath is the external manifestation of prana. With the regular practice of pranayama—or controlling prana—you can store this energy.
Meditation is the art of looking inside and discovering one’s own inner being. Meditation leads us not only to totally new inner experiences, but helps us also to transform our day-to-day life into a better, more meaningful and more fulfilling existence.
