KIDS YOGA

Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Emotionally, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.

My Yoga journey started 12 years ago when I happened to attend a yoga session at my community club house in Bangalore ,India. I started practicing yoga under a very renowned teacher from Bihar school of Yoga.. Her hatha yoga classes with alignment oriented asana practice with equal importance on pranayama and meditation was a life changing event. Slowly but surely my personal practice helped me to deal with the thyroid dysfunction and knee injury that had taken a toll on my personal and professional life. Mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually I knew I was making progress. It started reflecting in every walk of my life especially as a mother.
